Complete baths have an overall effect on our body.  Why not use this moment to maximize the benefits by adding medicinal plants. 

Once under water, the body absorbs a certain quantity of active ingredients from medicinal plants thus providing the body with the necessary resources for regeneration as well as a good night's sleep!

Calendule:  It's great strength is to nourish, heal, disinfect and soften the skin.

Chamomile: Chamomile has a reputation for its calming properties, ideal for people with fever, nervousness or even hypertension.  \it also has antispasmodic and emollient properties.

Lavender:  Lavender is a great ally of the nervous system.  It is a calming sedative, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and relaxing, its action promotes.  It is also excellent for the skin.

Mauve/Marshmallow:  These two emollient plants soften and soothe the skin.

Colloidal oats:
Softens while soothing discomforts as well as itching.

Disposable.  Bring 1l of water just below the boiling point.  Put the teabag into a 1l pitcher and pour the water into it.  Infuse for 30 minutes.  Add to your bath water.

To help relieve the day's tensions add a half cup of grey sea salt into your bath.
